HOA advocates must become Paladins

We need more homeowner rights advocates speaking with a firm and emphatic voice to the legislators, to the media and to the public that we are knowledgeable, informed and intelligent people not to be toyed with!

We must become Paladins, warriors, especially before the state legislative sessions end. The various definitions of this term center on:

“Anyone who fights hard for something they believe in can be called a paladin; While the French word paladin means warrior . . . . As time went on, its meaning grew to include any chivalrous or heroic person; The basic principles defining a Paladin are to defend and protect the innocent and uphold the law . . . . They would defend truth and justice against the unending evil approaches.”

As Paladins we can proudly stand up to the self-serving, political agendas of too many legislators.

History: Paladins were initially known as the Twelve Peers of French Emperor Charlemagne who also had the title of Holy Roman Emperor (8th century AD).  If you are familiar with the French epic poem, Chanson de Roland (“Song of Roland”), which I learned in my French class, Roland was  Paladin.

  1. Geo. Your continual effort to expose HOA unconstitutional ideology has caused a crack in the dam. The consequences are irreversible and will eventually force the legislators to admit the faux HOA pseudo government violates the federal constitution Article I and other violations of the Bill of Rights.

How bias and blind are the HOA advocates not to see the CCRs are egregiously uncostitutional.

When will you lead the charge as Paladin General to file a class action against the HOA criminal organization for violation homeowner’s civil rights?

May the God of Heaven who is all powerful bless, prosper and preserve you in your common sense approach to restoring the freedom promised in the Bill of Rights which are ignored by the Homeowners victims.

    1. Thanks for your support. I’ve dabbled with a class action suit or just a suit by a dedicated national coalition, which would be less complex and involved. But, we need people to “sign up” as plaintiffs or class members.

In Arizona few years ago an attorney managed to get some 30 pus homeowners to sign up as plaintiffs against their HOA. The sued for some $200K HOA board theft. He won; it led to suing the CAI member HOA attorney for aiding and abetting, unjust enrichment, etc. It was settled out of court.
