When will HOAs be regulated to protect homeowners?

Deborah Goonan[1] speaks out:

“As explained in a previous post Recipe for HOA abuse: too much power, no accountability, across the nation, housing consumers are fed up with HOA bully boards, often driven by predatory management agents and community association attorneys, all under the guise of “protecting property values.”

I have been a long-term homeowner rights advocate and author of "The HOA-Land Nation Within America" (2019) and"Establishing the New America of independent HOA principalities" (2008). See HOA Constitutional Government at http://pvtgov.org. My efforts with HOAs took me to a broader concern that was deeply affecting the constituionality of HOAs. Those broad societal and plotical concerns caused me to start this new blog for my commentaries on the State of the New America.

  1. Deborah Goonan is a genius, as are you. BofD’s can’t fight their way out of a wet paper bag. Horrible government. Set up for abuse not cohesive living. Pity those who live in Condo Jail.
